Pengaruh Komitmen Afektif, Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik Dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Bagian Lapangan Pada Pt. Labersa Hutahean Riau Fantasi Water Park Pekanbaru
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the influence of affective commitment, non- physical work environment and organizational culture on the performance of field employees at PT. Labersa Hutahean Riau Fantasi Water Park Pekanbaru, this company is engaged in tourism located in the city of Pekanbaru. In this study, researchers used quantitative methods. With a sampling technique, namely purpose sampling, where in sampling the entire population is made into a sample of 75 people. The data collection technique uses questionnaires that are analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of the study stated that: (1) Based on the results of the analysis, simultaneously affective commitment, non-physical work environment and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on employee performance productivity. (2) affective commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (3) non-physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (4) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance
