Pengaruh Colaboration Dan Customer Relationship Management Terhadap Kinerja Ukm (Studi Pada Industri Batu Bata Pres Di Wilayah Kecamatan Tenayan Raya Kota Pekanbaru)
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of collaboration and customer relationship management on company performance in the Pres Brick industry in Tenayan Raya District. The population in this study is The population in this study is the total number of brick businesses or SMEs in Tenayan Raya District as many as 403 businesses while the sample is determined by the Slovin formula obtained as many as 80 brick business owners to be studied. The sampling technique used in this study is the Non Probability Sampling technique. The analysis method used in this study is the multiple regression formula using the SPSS for Windows version 20.0 program application. The results of the study with a positive and significant influence of the collaboration variable on the business performance variable, there is a positive and significant influence of the customer relationship management variable on the business performance variable and simultaneously it is known that the collaboration variable and the customer relationship management variable have a positive and significant influence on the business performance variable.
