Rainfall is a crucial element in meteorology that plays a significant role in various sectors such as agriculture, disaster mitigation, and spatial planning. At BMKG Sultan Syarif Kasim II Meteorological Station in Pekanbaru, the previous rainfall data visualization process was still conducted manually using QGIS software, which was relatively inefficient. This final project aims to develop a web-based Geographic Information System (GIS) capable of automatically visualizing rainfall data on an interactive digital map. The system was developed using PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, and Leaflet.js with OpenStreetMap as the base map. Its main features include adding, editing, and deleting rainfall data based on station location and observation date. This system is expected to be a solution to improve the efficiency of rainfall data processing and the timely dissemination of accurate information in Riau Province.
