Analisis Kelayakan Finansial Usaha Penangkapan Kepiting Rajungan (Portunus Pelagicus) Di Kecamatan Pasir Limau Kapas Kabupaten Rokan Hilir
This study was conducted in February 2025 in Pasir Limau Kapas District, Rokan Hilir Regency with the aim of calculating the investment, total costs, revenues, profits, and analyzing the financial feasibility of the crab fishing business. The method used in this study was a survey method with 35 crab fishermen as respondents. The results of the study were that the average investment made by fishermen was IDR17,430,722.69. Total costs of IDR92,105,356.14/year, revenues of IDR104,996,571.43/year and profits of IDR12,891,215.29/year. The crab fishing business shows quite good economic feasibility. With an R / C ratio of 1.14, this business generates revenues that are greater than the costs incurred. The return on investment (ROI) of 14% indicates that this business provides moderate profits compared to the total costs incurred. The payback period (PPC) of 1.35 years or around 1 year and 4 months is relatively fast, so that fishermen can recover their initial capital in a relatively short time. Although it does not generate very large profits, this business can be a source of sustainable livelihood for fishermen because it meets the required business feasibility parameters.
