Hubungan Premi Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Panen Pt Rigunas Agri Utama Kecamatan Peranap Indragiri Hulu

ABSTRACT
The performance of harvest employees is one of the important things at PT
Rigunas Agri Utama. The system implemented by the company in improving the
performance of harvest employees is harvest premiums and job satisfaction of
harvest employees. This study aims to find out the applicable harvest premium
system, find out the level of harvest premiums, job satisfaction and employee
performance and analyze the relationship between harvest premiums and job
satisfaction to harvest employee performance. This research was conducted at PT
Rigunas Agri Utama, Peranap District, Indragiri Hulu Regency using a simple
random sampling method with the consideration that all harvest employees have
the same characteristics. The sample in this study is 59 harvest employees. The
data obtained were analyzed using Likert scale analysis and spearman rank
correlation analysis. The results of the study show that the harvest premium
system that applies at PT Rigunas Agri Utama is a more basic premium, a ready to
wholesale premium, an output premium and an attendance premium. The harvest
premium level of PT Rigunas Agri Utama is in the very good category with an
average of 3.65. The job satisfaction level of PT Rigunas Agri Utama is in the
very satisfied category with an average of 3.38. The performance level of
employees is in the very good category with an average of 3.48. The relationship
between harvest premiums and the performance of harvest employees of PT
Rigunas Agri Utama based on the correlation analysis of spearman rank has a
strong and significant relationship at the test level of 1%. The relationship
between job satisfaction and the performance of PT Rigunas Agri Utama harvest
employees based on the overall spearman rank correlation analysis has a
weak/positive and significant relationship at the test level of 5%.
