Analisis Pendapatan, Nilai Tambah Dan Kelayakan Usaha Tahu Di Kelurahan Sialang Munggu Kecamatan Tuah Madani Pekanbaru (Studi Kasus Tahu Pak Budi)

ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze: (1) the income generated by Mr. Budi's tofu agroindustry in Sialang Munggu Sub-district, Tuah Madani District, Pekanbaru; (2) the value-added of the products from Mr. Budi's tofu agroindustry in Sialang Munggu Sub-district, Tuah Madani District, Pekanbaru; and (3) the business feasibility in terms of income, value-added, and operational efficiency of Mr. Budi's tofu agroindustry in the same location. This research employed a case study method, involving direct observation at the study site. The data used in this research consisted of both primary and secondary data. The results of the study show that the total cost incurred by the tofu producer per production cycle is IDR 3,888,862, with variable costs amounting to IDR 3,405,081 and fixed costs amounting to IDR 482,937. The value-added generated from tofu production is IDR 16,883 per kilogram. This value-added is calculated by subtracting the cost of raw materials and supporting materials from the output value. Mr. Budi sells 850 kg of tofu in each production cycle, and based on this volume, it can be concluded that his tofu business is profitable.
