Analisis Efisiensi Produksi Usahatani Kelapa Dalam (Cocos Nucifera L) Di Kecamatan Kuala Kampar Kabupaten Pelalawan

ABSTRACT
Efficiency in a farming process is a very important effort meaning to
increase the income of coconut farmers, especially in planning or developing
coconut products that are effective and efficient in producing coconuts. The
objectives of the research are (1) To identify the characteristics of farmers, (2) To
find out the amount of income received by farmers and (3) To analyze the level of
efficiency of coconut farming (Cocos nucifera L) in Kuala Kampar District,
Pelalawan Regency. This research uses a survey method. It was conducted in Kuala
Kampar District, Teluk Dalam Village. The number of samples was 97 farmers.
The research was conducted from April to September 2023. The characteristics of
farmers observed included age, education level, number of family dependents, and
farming experience. The research method used to process the data research is
Income Analysis with the formula I = TR-TC and efficiency analysis using Frontier
Version 4.1 C software. The results of the research showed that the average
production of coconut farmers was 4,349.01 grains/harvest with a coconut price of
IDR 1,300/grain so the income received by farmers was IDR 4.130.987,18 /Harvest
or IDR 16.523.948,73 /hectare/Year. The level of technical efficiency achieved was
81.60% of maximum productivity. This shows that coconut farming in Kuala
Kampar District is technically efficient, but not allocative/price efficient and
economically efficient. The average value of overall allocative efficiency is 3.16
and is not economically efficient because the economic efficiency value obtained is
2.58.
