Analisis Usahatani Pada Kebun Jambu Bersaudara Kristal Huragi Di Desa Hutaraja Tinggi
ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the feasibility of the Jambu Bersaudara Kristal
Huragi farming business located in Hutaraja Tinggi Village by reviewing several
important aspects, including production costs, revenue, income, and overall
business viability. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative method
with a case study approach involving guava farmers in the area. Data were
collected through direct interviews with farmers, field observations, and
documentation related to farming activities. The collected data were then analyzed
using the Revenue Cost (R/C) Ratio formula with the assistance of Microsoft
Excel software. The results of the study show that the R/C ratio value obtained is
1.41, which means that for every Rp1 spent, there is a return of Rp1.41. This
value indicates that the Jambu Bersaudara Kristal Huragi farming business is
economically feasible and profitable. The net income earned by the farmers
supports this analysis, showing that this farming activity provides considerable
financial benefits. The interpretation of these results suggests that the cultivation
of crystal guava in the Jambu Bersaudara Kristal Huragi orchard has the potential
to be continuously developed as a promising source of income for the local
community. However, to improve the efficiency and sustainability of the business,
further technical support is needed, such as standardized cultivation training, pest
and disease management, and expanded market access to strengthen the position
of the farming business in an increasingly competitive agribusiness landscape.
