This study aims to analyze the feasibility of a catfish nursery business at UPR Tunas Muda Fish Farm, Lereng Village, Kuok District, Kampar Regency, Riau Province. The research method used is a case study with primary data collection through interviews and direct observation. The feasibility analysis of the business uses the Revenue Cost Ratio (RCR), Financial Rate of Return (FRR), and Payback Period of Capital (PPC) indicators. The results of the study indicate that the total investment required is IDR 429,925,000, consisting of fixed capital of IDR 348,300,000 and working capital of IDR 81,625,000. Income per cycle reaches IDR 100,000,000 with a profit of IDR 11,962,500 per cycle. The feasibility analysis shows an RCR value of 1.13, an FRR of 46.45%, and a PPC of 0.22 years. Based on these three indicators, the catfish nursery business at UPR Tunas Muda Fish Farm is feasible to run.
