Pengaruh Self Concept, Self Efficacy Dan Locus Of Control Terhadap Kematangan Karir Karyawan Pt. Semesta Mitra Sejahtera
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the influence of Self Concept, Self Efficacy and Locus
Of Control on the Career Maturity of Employees at PT. Semesta Mitra
Sejahtera. The population in this study includes all employees of PT. Semesta Mitra
Sejahtera. The sampling technique used is Non-Probability sampling, specifically
the saturation sampling method with a total of 43 employees. This research
classified as quantitative descriptive, using multiple linear regression analysis
method with the help of SPSS statistical software version 25. The results of this
research indicate that: 1) Self Concept does not have a significant effect on Career
Maturity, 2) Self Efficacy does not have a significant effect on Career Maturity,
3) Locus of Control has a positive and significant effect on Career Maturity, 4) Self
Concept, Self Efficacy and Locus of Control simultaneously have a positive and
significant effect on the Maturity of Employees at PT. Semesta Mitra Sejahtera.
