The value added that reach from small entrepreneurship “kue basah” and “kue kering” is about Rp. 282.351,10 by average about Rp. 17.646,94 per kg row materials. This value added is enjoyed by business man like producer of flour, butter, egg and other material, transportation section, material supply agent, or the trader of material needed, agroindustry entrepreneur, the employees and the food shops that sell the product of that entrepreneur. Meanwhile, the total of worker recompense is Rp. 61.209,72 per kg row materials with average about Rp. 3.825,61 per kg row materials. The profit of agroindustry entrepreneur get the total profit is about Rp. 223.398,93 with average Rp. 13.962,43 per kg row materials. Beside that, the exintence of agroindustry is become important not only in adding the family income but also gives the job opportunity for society, specially the society around the entrepreneurship area.
