Analisis Pemasaran Tandan Buah Segar (TBS) Petani Kelapa Sawit Pola Swadaya Di Kecamatan Tapung Kabupaten Kampar
The objectives of this research are: (1) to know cost production by selfsupporting
farmer and revenue from sale produce of palm oil which have produced, (2)
to know marketing function of FFB selfsupporting
farmer of palm oil, (3) to analyse
marketing institute and channel or institutional which play a part in activity of
marketing FFB selfsupporting
farmer of palm oil in Tapung District Regency of
Kampar, (4) to analyse marketing costs, marketing margin, and marketing efficiency.
This research has been done on June 2008 until December 2008 in District of Tapung,
Kampar Regency used survey method in this research. The data consist of primary and
secondary data. The result of research show mean revenue of sample farmer is equal to
Rp 19.238.277,03 per hectare per year while mean of production cost Rp 4.706.772,74
per hectare per year and net income for sample farmer Rp 14.531.504,28 per hectare
per year so that got RCR equal to 4,09. Marketing function by sample farmer and
sample saler that are transfer function, physical function, and facility function.
Marketing channel that happened at marketing selfsupporting
farmer of palm oil
consist of two marketing channel type that are one level marketing channel and two
levels marketing channel. At one level marketing channel, sample farmer direct sell to
whole saler. At twolevels
marketing channel, farmer sell to compiler saler then to
whole saler. For the one level marketing channel, cost of marketing at farmer equal to
Rp 23,94 per kg, advantage of marketing Rp 1.326,06 per kg. While at whole saler Rp
75,25 per kg. Marketing margin found on whole saler that is Rp 175,00 per kg,
advantage of marketing Rp 100,75 per kg with marketing efficiency 6,44%. For the
two levels marketing channel, at farmer advantage of marketing Rp 1.295,83 per kg. At
compiler saler, mean of cost marketing Rp 56,63 per kg. Mean of marketing margin of
Rp 104,00 per kg. Mean advantage of marketing at compiler saler Rp 47,55 per kg. At
whole saler, cost of marketing Rp 74,25 per kg, margin of marketing Rp 125,00 per kg,
advantage of marketing Rp 50,75 per kg, and marketing efficiency equal to 8,58%.
