Uji Beberapa Isolit Trischoderma spp Untuk Mengendalikan Penyakit Busuk Hitam Tanaman Anggrek Dendrobium

Intention of this research is to test the ability of isolate Trichoderma sp and get the best isolate in controlling disease leaves of bligh on dendrobium orchid. This research conducted experimentally use Complete Random Device (RAL) by 5 (is) treatment is Trichoderma sp isolate of the following dendrobium orchid: T0 = without Trichoderma sp, T1 = isolate T-ag, T2 = T-sa, T3 = T-k, T4 = b. Result of research is indicate that the gift of some isolate on dendrobium orchid give the different influence in controlling disease leaves of blight on orchid better to controlling Phytophthora sp. Isolate T-ag wich can give the effect of growth of larger ones colony, longer incubation periode and farming high transparant zone.
