Peranan Komunikasi Organisasi Dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan Di PT. Waskita Karya Wilayah Barat
This research based on necesity to know how organization communication
rules on the way to rising the working habbit in Waskita Karya Corporate West
Pekanbaru Area. Which the employe always communicated well betwen them or with
their supervise on the organizaton structur in Waskita Karya West Pekanbaru Area.
From the research known that the organization communication on rising the
employe work habbit in Waskita Karya West Pekanbaru Area wich include bottom
communication, top communication, horizontal communication, informal
communication, regulatif communication, persuasif communication, and persuasif
communication betwen the employe with their supervisor or the communication
betwen them. Which is the communication done to make good working relation to
achived maximum working result.
The advantages factor on rising employe woring habbit in Waskita Karya
West Pekanbaru Area wich is motivation, cappability, reward, payment standart, and
maximun position promotion that will result maximun working habbit which suitable
with what the corporate want. The disadvantages factor on rising employe working
habbit on Waskita Karya Corporate West Pekanbaru Area which lack of motivation
to the employe on doing the field job. Beside their doing the job as the order from
their supervisor they also need the attention and supervised on doing their job. Anf
lack of creativity also affect to decreasing the working result.
From the fact, the conclution that we can take are the the organization
communicaton rules important part on the way to increasing the employee working
habbit on Waskita Karya Corporate West Pekanbaru Area.
