Perbedaan Konsep Diri Remaja Yang Memiliki Keluarga Utuh Dan Yang Tidak Memiliki Keluarga Utuh

The purpose of this research was to determine differences in adolescent self-concepts that
have intact families and who do not have intact families. This research method using a
comparative descriptive design with a cross sectional approach. The research was carried out
to 45 students in grade VIII Pangean Public Junior High School 2 used total sampling
technique. Measuring instrument used was a questionnaire with 20 statements. The analysis
used univariate and bivariate analysis was by Chi-square test. The results showed that there
was no difference in self-concept adolescents who have intact families and who do not have
intact families (p-value = 0.787). Based on these results it is advisable for the school in order
to guide the students to continue to develop positive self-concept by holding group tutoring,
and extra-curricular activities.
