Pengaruh Job Description, Pengawasan, Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir
This study aims to determine the Job Description, Supervision, Work Environment effect toward employee performance in the District Education Office Indragiri Hilir simultaneously and partial. The instrument used for data collection is by questionnaire Likert scale models. To test the hypothesis used correlation and regression analysis. The study population was all employees working at the District Education Office Indragiri Hilir totaling 74 people. The sample in this study were all employees working at the District Education Office Indragiri Hilir, amounting to 43 people. The results of data analysis showed that all three hypotheses are proposed either individually or together can be accepted at the 95% confidence level. It was concluded that the Job Description, Occupational and Environmental Control and partially simultaneously applicable in the District Education Office Indragiri Hilir positively affect the performance of employees.
