Pengaruh Iklim Organisasi, Kompetensi Profesional Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Dosen Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Riau
The objects of the present research were 137 lecturers at the Economic Faculty of Riau University. Using a simple random sampling technique, there were 58 of them taken as the sample. The data were collected using observation, interview and questionnaire and the statistic analyses were based on t-test, f-test and a multiple linear regression analysis.
The t-test shows that the professional competence had a significant effect on the lecturer performance. Whereas, the organizational climate and work motivation had no significant effects on the performance. The determination results of 0.392 or 39.3% means that the variation of the performance variable was affected by the organizational climate, the professional competence and the work motivation.
The f-test shows that f-count > f-table (11.583 > 1.67) means that the organizational climate, the professional competence and the work motivation simultaneously had effects on the performance of the lecturers at the Economic Faculty of Riau University.
