Pengaruh Pengawasan Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kejaksaan Tinggi Riau

The objective of this research is to know the effect of supervision and work discipline towards performance of employee of High Prosecutor of Riau. The population in this research consists the whole employee of High Prosecutor of Riau as many as 163 employees, with a total sample of 59 employees. The technique of sample-taking is cluster sampling. The Analysis method of this research is descriptive quantitative method that uses multiple linear regression through SPSS program version 17.0 for windows.
The result of testing showed that the supervision variable significantly affected to the performance of employee of High Prosecutor of Riau, meanwhile the work discipline variable did not contribute significant effect to the performance of employee of High Prosecutor of Riau. Simultaneous regression (F test) showed that the independent variables (supervision and work discipline) had a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable (mployee performance). The magnitude of the effect caused by (R2) by two variables simultaneously on the dependent variable 40,1%, while the remaining 59,9%% was influenced by other variables that was not examined in this research.
