Pengaruh Motivasi Dan Kompensasi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Pada Hotel Mutiara Merdeka Pekanbaru
The research was conducted at Hotel Mutiara Medeka addressed in Yos Sudarso Street Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study to determine the effect of motivation and compensation of employees' job satisfaction at Hotel Mutiara Merdeka Pekanbaru. The data used in this study is primary data and secondary data.
While the information used to obtain as many as 57 employees sampled. Sampling conducted proportional stratified random sampling method is sampled proportionally performed by each group. More dominant in this study using primary data, and therefore to see whether or not an indicator of all the variables tested the validity and reliability. Hypothesis testing performed by t test and F test were obtained using multiple linear regression models ased on the research and discussion it is known that employees at Hotel Mutiara Merdeka Pekanbaru have achieved the level of satisfaction in their work, it is known from the responses about the use of indicators of job satisfaction.
Employee motivation at work has also been good, it is evident from the responses of the indicators of compensation and motivation. Compensation received by new employees make employees satisfied, and There is a significant effect of the variable compensation of motivation and job satisfaction simultaneously, which is evident from the F test In partial compensation only variable that affects job satisfaction while variable compensation no consequences on job satisfaction, it is evident from the results of the t test. There is a higher contribution from vaiabel compensation and motivation on job satisfaction. There is a strong positive relationship between compensation and motivation variables with job satisfaction.
