This research entitle " ANALYSIS SELF CONCEPTION STUDENT TRIBE MALAY AND TRIBE JAVA CLASS VIII IN SMP N 2 BANGKINANG ".The purpose of this research is to know picture self conception student Malay tribe and java tribe 1) according to gender 2) according to education of mother 3) according to work of used father.Metode in this research is deskriptif.Teknik method analyse data in this research use percentage technique and yardstick technique ( high, medium, lowering). This research succeed to be laid open in general according to gender that : 1) self concept student jawa tribe compared to higher Malay tribe student of woman and also men 2). evaluated from education of parent (mother) jawa tribe student which is its parent have of education to of SD, SMP, SMA, and S1. Higher of self concept compared to Malay tribe student which is its parent have of education to of SD, SMP, SMA.3 according to work parent (father) self conception java tribe student which is its parent work as farmer, private sector, and private sector officer, higher of self conception studen with Malay tribe student which is its parent work as farmer, private sector officer. In this research that higher java tribe student self concept of compared to malay tribe self concept student. to teacher as educator so that paying attention Malay tribe student and java tribe so that improving self concept pass positive activity gone to school like exstrakurikuler so that providing time to train activity improving student self concept. 1) special to Malay tribe student which is have woman gender to so that improving self concept expose self to do activity as according to order going into effect. 2) Special to Malay tribe which is education of its parent of SMA so that can improve self concept expose self to do activity as according to order going into effect. 3) special to Malay tribe student which is work of its parent as farm, PNS so that can improve self concept expose self for the doing activity of as according to order going into effect.
