Analisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Price Earning Ratio Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia
The capital market is one of the investment alternatives that can offer optimal levels of profit for investors. Every investor need information that relevant to the development of exchange transaction. It is very important to be considered in formulating strategies and taking investment decisions in the stock market. This study aims to examine the factors that influence Price Earning Ratio of manufacture companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange.
This study uses secondary data that include the of Indonesia Capital Market Directory (ICMD) in 2009-2011 period. The sample in this study are 98 manufacture companies using purposive sampling technique. Technical analysis that used in this study is the multiple linear regression to obtain an overall data to show the relationship between the variables to one another.
Results of this study demonstrate that the company growth give effect to the price earnings ratio partially.
