Faktor Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (Msdm) Dalam Penerapan Sistim Manajemen Lingkungan (Sml) Iso 14001 Di Pt Riau Andalan Pulp And Paper
This research aims to ascertain the influence of commitment management, empowerment, feedback and review and reward to the EMS ISO 14001 performance.
The results of multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 19 suggests that management commitment, empowerment, feedback and review and reward have a significant influence to EMS ISO 14001 performance which is indicated by t-value 2,938 > t-table 1,96, but there is no significant influence of empowerment to EMS ISO 14001 performance as t-value 1, 092 < t-table 1,96, there is significant influence of feedback and review to EMS ISO performance where the t-value 7,174 > t-table 1,96 and there is significant influence of reward to EMS performance which is indicated by t-value 2,801 > t-table 1,96.
The result of the study recommend especially to management of PT Riau Andalan Pulp and Paper that is in order to improve the EMS ISO 14001 performance the company needs to improve the line manager capability in practicing the HRM thus improving accordingly feed back and review with the priority to communicate the result of EMS audit to all field worker, to improve management commitment through providing environmental training specific to the field worker needs and rewarding the employee both finance and non finance like recognition, praise once they make improvement to the EMS ISO 140001 performance. Although empowerment not significantly influence the EMS ISO 14001 performance, it is still recommended to improve the empowerment by giving the freedom to take decision to the employee once the found any idea to improve the EMS performance.
