Reading is one of the important skills that facilitates the students to study everything to increase their knowledge. Through reading, people will get alot of information. The aim of this research was to find out the ability of the second year students of SMK Terpadu Ismailyah Pasir Pengaraian in comprehending business memo. The participants of this research were 34 students of the second year students of SMK Terpadu Ismailyah Pasir Pengaraian. This research was a descriptive study. The data collection technique used was objective test to measures students’ability in comprehending business memo. The research finding showed that the students had good ability in comprehending business memo with the mean score of 64.3.The easiest reading comprehension component of business memo for the students was identifying reference, while the most difficult one was finding factual information.
