Analisis Pengelolaan Pelabuhan Perikanan Berwawasan Lingkungan di Pelabuhan Perikanan Samudera Nizam Zachman Jakarta
Fishing Port of Nizam Zachman Jakarta (PPSNZJ) classified in to port of type A and the largest port in Indonesia as well has adequate facilities. Complexity of the activity that is in PPSNZJ can affect the quality of the port environment. The problems that occur in PPSNZJ are hygiene problems, environmental pollution by solid and liquid waste, waste water drainage is clogged and causing odor. This study aims to analyze the environmental management in PPSNZJ, analyzing the role of stakeholders in environmental management in PPSNZJ and formulate a PPSNZJ management scenarios based Eco Port. This study contributes to science, for consideration and advice to stakeholders in the management and utilization of environmentally sustainable fishing port. The research was conducted by survey method and determination of respondent conducted with purposive sampling. Data analysis using descriptive comparative analysis with the concept of Eco Port for PPSNZJ environmental management and analysis Likert scale to measure the attitude of the role of stakeholders in environmental management in PPSNZJ. The results showed that PPSNZJ in its management do not meet the concept of Eco Port. PPSNZJ just take notice of the management of social, economic and less attention to the ecological aspects. Government's role in environmental management PPSNZJ have enough responsibility but low participation. The role of business in PPSNZJ environmental management have low responsibility and very low participation. The role of the port's worker/user community in environmental management PPSNZJ have low responsibility and low participation. PPSNZJ environmental management must implement port scenarios that correspond to the concept of Eco Port.
