Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Motivasi dan Disiplin Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Rektorat pada Universitas Riau
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Leadership, Motivation and Discipline Against Employee Performance Rector University of Riau.
The method used was a survey by the technique of multiple regression analysis. Samples were employees Rector University of Riau. which amounts to 50 people selected by simple random sampling technique. The instrument used to collect data is by using questionnaires. Validity was tested using Product Moment formula and instrument reliability coefficients were calculated using Cronbach alpha formula.
The results showed that: Leadership does not affect the performance of employees in Riau University Rector. Effect on employee motivation employee performance in Rector University of Riau. This means that the apabilai needs, expectations and remuneration received by the employee in accordance with keingina employee, the employee's performance will increase. Disciplinary effect on the performance of employees in Riau University Rector. This means that employees who have high discipline in the works will be a positive influence on performance, and vice versa low employee discipline in the work will lower the performance. Motivation, and discipline affect the performance of employees in Riau University Rector. This is due to three important factors in the organization, namely motivation, and discipline that is created already quite high enough, it can encourage the achievement of good performance. If motivation, and discipline increasing the performance will also increase.
