paper discussed how to construct a excircle convex quadrilateral, proving
concurent Gergonne point and colinier Gergonne point in any convex
quadrilateral and some lengthy calculations sides construction formed from
excircle, length of the radius of each excircle and multiplication two radii of a
excircle is equal to the multiplication of two fingers of the excircle the convex
quadrilateral.
