Implementasi Program Mumtaz School Dalam Meningkatkan Pelayanan Pendidikan Berkualitas di Sekolah Dasar Islam Al-Azhar Syifa Budi Pekanbaru
The purpose of this research was to determine the implementation of Mumtaz School’s Program to Improve Care Quality Education in Primary Schools Al-Azhar Islamic Research Pekanbaru Syifabudi done in SD Islam Al Azhar Syifabudi Pekanbaru with research samples are the principal, deputy principal, homeroom teacher, Coordinator Committee Islamic elementary schools and students of Al Azhar Syifabudi Pekanbaru. This study is a qualitative research. The instrument used to collect data on the implementation of Mumtaz School Program to Improve Care Quality Education in Primary Schools Islamic Al-Azhar Syifabudi Pekanbaru using interviews. Testing the validity of the data is done by means of triangulation. The results showed that the role of the joint between the principals, vice principals, coordinators field, homeroom and school committees in the planning stages of the program. At the implementation stage indicates the involvement of the principal deputy principal field coordinator, homeroom, school committees and students is very important, so we get to get the most out of this school mumtaz program implementation. From year to year, there is an increase in school performance from the local level. Results of this study are expected to be useful as information for education managers as improving, improve, and develop the performance of principals in improving school management leaders with SD Al Azhar Syifabudi Pekanbaru to improve and enhance the implementation of the program was launched and information for all stakeholders of the school to develop and improve services, especially on program Mumtaz School. The conclusion shows that there is good cooperation between all elements of the school so as to provide satisfactory results.
