The purpose of this study was to determine and evaluate the relationship between the work ethic with job involvement, organizational climate relationship with job involvement, the relationship between work ethic and organizational climate together with job involvement. This study was conducted in SMK N2 Dumai. The research method used survey techniques correlational. Quantitative research with a population of 118 people, sampling by means of proportional random sampling in order to obtain a sample of 91 people. Data retrieved by giving a set of written statement to the respondent to answer that has been tested for validity and reliability. Then the data were analyzed by pearson product moment so there is a positive relationship between job involvement work ethic 90,8%, and there is a positive relationship with job involvement organizational climate by 91,2%, and there is a positive relationship between work ethic and organizational climate together with the job involvement by 92%. Thus the relationship between work ethic and organizational climate with job involvement is very high for it is necessary to maintain the involvement of working with developing competence of teachers so that teachers are increasingly actively participate and contribute to school activities.
