This study aims to reveal whether the two factors Experience and Cultural Organization has a positive and significant relationship with the Competence Head of State Elementary School in District Mandau Kabupaten Bengkalis. The hypothesis of this study were: 1) There is a significant relationship and positive relationship between experience with the competence of the Head of State Elementary School in Kecamatan Mandau Kabupaten Bengkalis 2) There is a significant relationship and positive relationship between organizational culture with competence Head of State Elementary School in District Mandau District Bengkalis and 3) There is a significant and positive relationship between skills and Cultural Organization with the competence of the Head of State Elementary School in Kecamatan Mandau Kabupaten Bengkalis.
This study population is a public elementary school principal se kecamatan Mandau Bengkalis spread over 81 pieces of SD Negeri based on preliminary data March 2013 amounted to 81 principals. 45 samples are drawn using Taro Yamane. The instrument used for data collection was the questionnaire Likert scale model. To test the hypothesis used correlation and regression analysis.
The result showed that the three hypotheses were proposed either individually or jointly acceptable at a level of 95%. Concluded that There is a significant relationship and positive relationship between experience with competence Principal at State Elementary School Kecamatan Mandau Kabupaten Bengkalis, There is a significant relationship and positive relationship between cultural organizations with competence Principal at State Elementary School Kecamatan Mandau Kabupaten Bengkalis, and There is a significant relationship and positive relationship between experience and culture of the organization together with the Competence Principal at State Elementary School Kecamatan Mandau Kabupaten Bengkalis.
