Analisis Rantai Pasokan Bahan Baku Susu Bubuk Kedelai (Studi Kasus: Industri Sumber Gizi Nabati, Pekanbaru)
This study aims to analyze the supply chain raw materials product of soybean milk powder and identify supplier has been done by industry of SGN (SumberGiziNabati). This study uses quantitative analysis with Economic Order Quantity to know the amount of optimal raw material and analysis of marketing efficiency to research marketing efficiency of soybean milk product for producer. Based on calculation result showed that the optimal order quantity soybeans according to the method Economic Order Quantity is 1.072,15 kg at total cost of Rp 32.164,42,- optimal inventory in 2012. Total inventory cost is obtained by summing the cost of ordering and storage costs of raw materials, where the cost of ordering and storage costs amounting in Rp 16.082,21,-. There are three marketing channels soy milk powder in SGN industry. Marketing agencies that are involved in the first channel is the producer, agent/distributor, regular outlets and consumers, the second channel is the producer, agents and consumers, the third channel producer and concumers. The results of the analyzethat the third marketingchannel which selling products from producer directly to consumers has the best indication of the level of efficiency. Farmer’s share in this channel reaches at 100%, this showed a maximum value of the farmer’s share.
