Purpose of the study is to investigate the implementation of the program of renovation and replanting dayo plasma in the village and know the factor that affect the implementation of the program renovation and replanting dayo plasma in the village Tandun Rokan Hulu.
Theory is used as the analisys is a combined theory George C. Edward about the factors that influence the success of policy implementation. Sampling using the formula kretjie. Samples was determined as many people were taken from 130 residents ekstrans. Data collection using quistionare and interview techniques. Data analisys techniques using quantitative deskriptive study described the result in tables and explanations given explanation.
Based on the results of the research program implementation plasma renovation and replanting in the village Dayo Tandun districts have experience success because of the implementation indicators support the implementation of program such as communication, resources, attitudes, and policy benefit. This proves that the constructions of the estate is a long-term program to develop economic profit goverment so that people can reduce poverty. Renovation and replanting program success because the plasma obtained in the implementation of the program of renovation and replanting the plasma field operators comply with any policies that have been established.
