Pengaruh Motivasi, Kualitas Kepemimpinan Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Rokan Hilir

The research was conducted in the of KantorDinas Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Rokan Hilir. This study aims to determine how the the effect of work motivation, leadership qualities and work discipline on the performance of civil servantsin the of kantorDinas Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Rokan Hilir. The number of samples in this study were 66 respondents. The method of analysis used in this study is the method of regression analysis using SPSS version 17.0.
Based on the testing that has been done, simultaneous regression test (F) showed that the independent variables studied (work motivation, leadership qualities and work discipline) together (Simultaneously) has a significant effect on the dependent variable (performance). The effect (R2) by three independent variables is jointly against the dependent variable of 58.1%, while the remaining 41.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the testing that has been done, the partial regression test (t) showed that each independent variables studied (work motivation, leadership qualities and work discipline) had a significant effect on the dependent variable (performance).
