Pengaruh Kepribadian Dan Komitmen Organisasional Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Ocb) Pada Karyawan Pt. Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia (Persero) Cabang Madya Pekanbaru
This study aimed to analyze the influence of personality on OCB and organizational commitment. The data used in this study is primary data obtained from questionnaires. The total sample of 43 respondents who are employees of PT.Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia (Persero) Cabang Madya Pekanbaru. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing using the F test and t test. The results showed that personality variables and commitmen organizational positive and significant effect on OCB. And the variable that has the most dominant influence on OCB is a personality variable. Of this study obtained R2 value of 0.683, this means that 68,3% OCB variable can be explained by the independent variables, namely Personality and organizational commitment and the rest is equal to 31,7% is explained by other variables outside the equation.
