Pengaruh Service Quality Dan Customer Trust Terhadap Customer Satisfaction Pada Pt Muhibbah Mulia Wisata Pekanbaru
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and customer trust simultaneously and partially towards customer satisfaction at PT Mulia Travel Muhibbah Pekanbaru. As for the population in this study are all pilgrims who enroll in 2011 and the sample used in this study amounted to 80 people. The sampling technique used in this study was accidental random sampling. Data collection techniques used in this research is to kuiioner, observation and interviews. The analysis method used in this study were using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 16. Research results through simultaneous regression coefficient test known service quality and customer trust have an influence on customer satisfaction in PT. Noble goodwill Travel Pekanbaru.
