This research was conducted to test whether the factor’s of socialization of property tax, income communities, and public confidence effect complience of civilians in did Building and Earth tax payment. This research was conducted at the community residing in the city of Pekanbaru. A total respondents used in this research is 100 respondents. Data collection techniques in this study is in the form of questionnaires, while data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis were processed with SPSS version 20 for Windows. The result of the study showed that socialization of property tax, income communities, and public confidence effect compliance of civilians in did Building and Earth tax payment. The magnitude of the effect caused by Adjusted R2 by three variables together is 43.1% of the dependent variable, while the remaining 56.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
