Pengaruh Kompensasi Finansial, Lingkungan Kerja Dan Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Bagian Pengolahan Kelapa Sawit Pada Pt. Ramajaya Pramukti Petapahan
This study aims to determine how the variables influence of financial compensation, work environment and organizational commitment simultaneously or partially on the job satisfaction of employees palm oil processing PT. Ramajaya Pramukti Petapahan.
As for the population in this study is part of a palm oil processing section employee PT. Ramajaya Pramukti Petapahan which amounted to 70 people and the entire populations in this study were sampled. Analysis of the data used is doubled linear regression method with SPSS version 18:00
From the results of testing that has been done, simultaneous regression test (F-test) showed that the financial compensation, work environment and organizational commitment simultaneously significant effect on employee satisfaction palm oil processing section PT. Ramajaya Pramukti Petapahan. Partial Test Results (t test) indicate that the financial compensation variable positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction palm oil processing section, a work environment variable positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction palm oil processing section and organizational commitment variable partial positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees in palm oil processing section.
Based on the results of the study suggest that PT. Ramajaya Pramukti Petapahan more attention to the factors that can affect employee job satisfaction palm oil processing, among others, Companies should be able to increase the job satisfaction of its employees as improving employee appreciation to colleagues who support employees in improving their work, To pay benefits to the employees, the company doing the right time, Companies must improve relations between superiors and subordinates as to improve cooperation and so forth. Employees should be able to inculcate a sense of pride to work in related companies.
