Ability to speak of children aged 3-4 years is low, there are still some children who have not been able to communicate / talk verbally clearly, there are some children who have not been able to mash with simple sentences and speak clearly, and there are still some children who have not been able to answer questions on a simple causal relationship. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an increase in children's ability to talk converse through method using hand puppets and to determine how improvement happens. One purpose of conversing with the media using hand puppets for children to respond appropriately conveyed the contents of the conversation with the teacher as a hand puppet media conversations to help support a child's imagination and develop the child's ability to speak. puppet hand puppet media is used as a medium or tool used by teachers in the learning activities, which is larger than a finger puppet and can be inserted into the hand. The method used in this study is the observation sheet form. The number of samples in this study were 12 children consisted of 6 boys and 6 girls. Based on the analysis of the assessment process 2 cycles increased. The increase is from prior actions to cycle 1 was 39.8%, from cycle 1 to cycle 2 of 38.6%, from the prior action to cycle 2 is 93.7%.
