Pengaruh Kualitas Lingkungan Terhadap Harga Rumah Di Pekanbaru ( Studi Kasus TPA Dan TPS Pekanbaru)

This study was conducted in the city of Pekanbaru, the Muara Fajar landfill, TPA and TPS Senapelan Sukajadi. This study aims to determine the effect of environmental quality on housing prices around the TPA and TPS Pekanbaru. The samples are determined based on the cluster sampling. The analytical method used is descriptive quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis.
This research is expected to add insight and knowledge in the field of research and is expected to be a reference material as well as information for other writers who would like to study it more in the same study in the future.
The survey results revealed that the distance from the TPA and TPS effect positive but not significant effect on house prices, which means that the quality of the environment is not a dominant factor in determining the price of homes around the TPA and TPS Pekanbaru. That significantly affects house prices is the perception of environmental pollution, the building area and land area itself.
