Perkembangan Yayasan Pendidikan Islam Air Molek (YPIA) Di Kecamatan Pasir Penyu Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu (Periode 2003-2014)

Education as one of the most important sectors in the national development, be a mainstay for the work as much as possible in an effort to improve the quality of human life Indonesia, where faith and piety to God Almighty the source of life in all areas. Therefore in this case the private education play an active role in promoting education, especially in the district of Pasir Penyu Indragiri Hulu with the establishment of educational institutions under the auspices of the Islamic Education Foundation Air Molek (YPIA). The purpose of this study was to determine the background and YPIA founding figures in the field of education, to know the developments in the field of education YPIA period 2003-2014, to know the efforts made YPIA in the field of education, to know the factors driving and inhibiting YPIA in its efforts promote education in the District of Pasir Penyu Indragiri Hulu. The method used is the historical method in which data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation and literature. Data analysis using historical writing. The results showed that YPIA formed on the notion character named KH Hasbullah that form Nurul Falah Religious School in 1937 and then developed up to now has been overshadowed YPIA four educational institutions that MTs Nurul Falah, MA Nurul Falah, SMA Serumpun and STAI Nurul Falah. Fourth institutions continue to experience good growth in the number of students, teachers and facilities and infrastructure. Based on these results it can be concluded that YPIA is the body that houses the educational institutions participating intellectual life of the nation. YPIA and fourth in its development agency has experienced growth in terms of both quantity and quality.
