This study aimed to enhance students' motivation to use learning model Sticck Talking in Class II SD Negeri 51 Hall Saber Duri tomb.
As the subjects in this study were grade II Elementary School 51 Hall Saber Duri tomb. Bengkalis, the measured variable is the effect of using learning model Talking Stick, while the motivation of students obtained through the sheet measured student motivation.
Based on the research that has been conducted, it was found that an increase in students' motivation to learn Civics, using learning model implemented researchers Talking Stick. Data was collected through observation, and documentation techniques.
The results showed increased activity of teachers has increased from the first cycle with the average score on the first and second meeting of the 24 (68.6%) and the second cycle at the first meeting of the 31 (88.89%). So, from the first cycle to the second cycle increased by an average of 7 points (20.29%). In the activity students increased by 67 points or 23.9%. Which percentage of student learning activities in the first cycle is 162 or 57.9% increase to 229 or 81.8% in the second cycle. In the students' motivation also increased. In the first cycle the percentage of student motivation that is 203 to 245 or 63.4% or 76.6% in the second cycle. And the students' motivation has increased significantly in the amount of 42 points or 13.2%. Means it is proved that the model of learning Talking Stick can improve the students' motivation to learn Civics class II Elementary School District 51 Hall Cemetery Saber Duri Bengkalis.
