This Study aim To know and analyze the influence of organizational culture on employee performance BPMP2T District Pelalawan, to identify and analyze the leadership style on employee performance BPMP2T District Pelalawan, to determine and analyze the influence of organizational culture and leadership style together to employee performance at BPMP2T District Pelalawan , This type of research is a survey research with quantitative approach, which aims to create a picture or painting systematic, factual and accurate information on the facts, nature and the relationship between the phenomenon investigated. Data collection techniques used in this research is using questionnaires and documentation regarding the issues examined.
The results showed, 1) t value variable organizational culture is greater than t α / 2, ie 2.730> 2.021 with a significance level of t amounted to 0,010, then in partial organizational culture has a positive influence on employee performance, with a level of believed 95%. Lowest item is onthe employee still has not liked the attention detail which means that the employee is still low in the attention to detail things in the works. 2) The value of leadership style variable t is greater than t α / 2, ie 2.724> 2.021 with a significance level of 0,010 t, then in partial leadership style has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, with a 95% confidence level. Lowest item is on the leadership to set the example organsiasi means leaders need to set an example by subordinates at work, but leaders still need to be more open to apologize if you make mistakes at work. 3) The coefficient of determination (R2) of the model is 0463, which means that 46.3% of independent variables (organizational culture and leadership style) is able to explain the dependent variable (employee performance) and the remaining 53.7% is influenced by other variables outside variable in this study.
