Pengaruh Profesionalisme Dan Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Perbankan Pada PT. BANK Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Cabang Pekanbaru
This study used 3 variables, namely: professionalism, organization commitment, and job performance. The professionalism had 4 dimensions, namely have the skill, knowledge and experience, future oriented attitude and self confidence. On the organization commmitment had 3 dimensions, that are affective, normative and continued of commitment. The employee performance variables had 5 dimensions, namely outcome of work, discipline of work, mistery of task, cooperation and loyalty. The object of study was employee of PT. Bank Tabungan Negara, Tbk branches in Pekanbaru, there was 74 employees. The analysis is used in this study that were validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression, determinition test (R2), significant test for individual (t test) and significat test (f test).
The results shows that theinfluence of professionalism and organization commitment on employee performance. If the highest level of professionalim and organization commitment in employee so the highest level of employee performance on company also. Subsequently, the resulted data from quisoner is calculated and tested with statistics through SPSS program. The calculated result is known that R square is coefficient of determination. So that, it obtained the value of R square is about 0,599. It is meaned that the influence of professionalism and organization commitment variables was 59,9% to perfomance variables.
