Motivasi Kerja Tutor Paket C Pada PKBM Hangtuah Kota Pekanbaru

The problems of this study is How Work Motivation Tutor Package C at CLC Hangtuah Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the Work Motivation Tutor Package C at CLC Hangtuah Pekanbaru. This research is descriptive qualitative research. Subjects of this study three tutors as respondents, managers and the residents learn as observers and informants control. While the object of this study is the work motivation Tutor Package C. Population and sample of this research is 3 tutors, managers and the residents learn. Data were collected through interviews. The results showed three respondents, one observer and one informant control indicates that the Work Motivation Tutor Package C at CLC Hangtuah Pekanbaru City can be said to be responsible, achievement, develop themselves and independent of the job, where they can complete the job to the fullest despite with flaws, always give the best to their students, giving things or new experiences, and independent work. this means Work Motivation Tutor Package C at CLC Hangtuah Pekanbaru City can be said has been goingwell.
