Analysis Impact Leadership, Discipline Work, Motivation and Work Enviroment on Employee Productivity PT, Protech Asia Engineering Duri
This study aims to determine the Influence Analysis of Leadership, Work Discipline , Motivation and Work Environment to the Work Productivity of employees at PT Protech Asia Engineering In Duri .
This research uses sensus sampling method with a population of 103 people. Source data used are primary data and secondary data. The technique of collecting data through interviews and questionnaire (Questionnaire) . Analysis method used in this research is quantitative descriptive, partial and simultaneous analysis (multiple linear regression analysis ) with SPSS Ver . 18 .
Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, simultaneously (together) two variables: Leadership (X1), Work Discipline (X2), motivation (X3) and the Working Environment (X4) significantly influence employee productivity (Y). The level of influence of each independent variable on the dependent variable can be determined by performing partial test, the results obtained are: variable Leadership (X1) significantly affects the variable employee productivity (Y), the variable Work Discipline (X2) significantly affects the variable employee productivity ( Y), variable motivation (X3) significantly affects the productivity of the employee variable (Y), and the Working Environment variable (X4) significantly affects employee productivity variable (Y). From the results of analysis using the productivity coefficient of determination (R2) obtained R2 = 0.649 These results can be interpreted that 64.9% of the change / variation Y (Employee Productivity) due to the changes / variations in X (Leadership, Discipline Work, Motivation and Work Environment) while the rest due to changes in other variables, which are not included in the study.
Management companies should further implement the professional leadership of any corporate activity and provide motivation high so it is easy to achieve maximum productivity in accordance with the plans that have been agreed by all agencies companies.
