Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja Dan Motivasi Terhadap Komitmen Organisasional Dan Kinerja Pegawai Rawat Jalan Pada RSUD Arifin Achmad Pekanbaru
The study was conducted at the General Hospital Arifin Achmad Pekanbaru in order to determine and analyze the effects of job satisfaction and work motivation on organizational commitment and employee performance outpatient at Arifin Achmad Pekanbaru.
Data research using primary and secondary data with a total population of 149 employees and a total sample of 109 employees. Sampling using simple random sampling. Data were analyzed using Path Analysis (Path Analysis) with the help of the SPSS version 17.0.
Based on the analysis of test results Line (Path Analysis) demonstrated that job satisfaction and work motivation positive and significant impact on employee performance. While the indirect effect through organizational commitment. This suggests that organizational commitment is able to mediate between job satisfaction and work motivation on employee performance. Therefore, to improve performance still needed an increase in job satisfaction as attention to salaries, allowances, promotions, responsibility, achievement and their attitude of feeling challenged, while motivated by taking into account the interests and talents of employees, tranquility employees, attitude towards work, interaction with colleagues, interaction with superiors, working conditions, working time arrangements and working equipment and can implement organizational commitment to employee performance will increase.
