Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi Dan Motivasi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Serta Kinerja Asisten Pemasaran Pt.Bni Syariah Mikro Pekanbaru
This study aims to look at the influence of organizational culture and motivation to job satisfaction and performance marketing assistant PT. BNI Syariah Micro Pekanbaru. The sample was 110 marketing assistant in all branches of PT. BNI Syariah Micro Pekanbaru. The model used in this study is a model of causality or influence relationships. To test the hypothesis, analytical techniques SEM (stuctural equation model). Results of the analysis showed that the increase organizational culture positive effect of increasing employee job satisfaction at PT. BNI Syariah Micro Pekanbaru. Increased organizational culture have no direct impact positively on employee performance improvement at PT. BNI Syariah Micro Pekanbaru. Increased motivation positive effect of increasing employee job satisfaction at PT. BNI Syariah Micro Pekanbaru. Increased motivation positive influence on employee performance improvement PT. BNI Syariah Micro Pekanbaru. Increased job satisfaction has positive influence on employee performance improvement at PT. BNI Syariah Micro Pekanbaru. Job satisfaction is not mediating influence between organizational culture with employee performance at BNI Syariah Micro Pekanbaru. Job satisfaction is not mediating influence between motivation and performance of employees at PT. BNI Syariah Micro Pekanbaru.
