Criminology Crime is derived from the word meaning evil and Logos means science , so science of criminology is the study of the ins and outs of the crime . Crime is a complex phenomenon that can be understood from many different sides . That's why in our daily lives can capture comments about a different crime events with each other . In our experience it was not easy to understand the crime itself . The criminal acts that have a high frequency occurrence is the crime of theft by weighting . As with the development of human life , theft is also experiencing some technical progress in implementation patterns and the perpetrator . Implementation techniques stems from a simple pattern , such as stealing goods directly , evolved into a more sophisticated pattern to include the instrument in the process of taking something . Similarly, the pattern of the perpetrator , of evolving into a group of individuals who work in an organized way . In the city of Pekanbaru the crime of theft that have a high frequency of occurrence is theft by weighting .
From the above information, the author makes some formulation of the problem where the formulation of the problem is the form - factor that led to the theft fator with operanti mode solves the windshield , what are the constraints faced by the police in the resort city of Pekanbaru to cope with the modus operandi of theft car glass breaking and what is being done police resort city of Pekanbaru in overcoming these obstacles .
Although crime can not be totally eradicated , efforts that can be taken is to suppress or reduce the amount of crime . Crime combating efforts can be done with some effort , namely : preventive measures and repressive efforts . In fact efforts to control crime in the city of Pekanbaru has not been able to run optimally , this is due to the many obstacles that must be faced by the Police Pekanbaru . The constraints that are external in the form of a lack of public awareness , the lack of evidence and the lack of information from victims and witnesses . So this is a serious problem within the police in maintaining security and combating crime . And of course any reduction made by the police should be welcomed and supported by all members of the community as well as the efforts of local governments in order to achieve maximum results .
