But in practice did not go well, especially in the implementation of responsibility to the objects confiscated criminal cases of smuggling of electronic goods in Rupbasan Pekanbaru city. Many obstancles to make Home State Storage of Confiscated Objects Pekanbaru city is not optimal. Based on this understanding of the writing of this formulation formulated three issues, such as : first, how the implementation of the responsibility for the objects confiscated criminal cases of smuggling of electronic goods in Home State Storage of Confiscated Objects Pekanbaru city, second, what the obstacles in the implementation of the responsibility for the objects confiscated criminal cases of smuggling of electronic goods in Home State Storage of Confiscated Objects Pekanbaru city, third, how efforts overcome obstacles in the implementation of the responsibility for the objects confiscated criminal cases of smuggling of electronic goods in Home State Storage of Confiscated Objects Pekanbaru city.
This type of research can be classified into types of judicial sociological research, because in this study the authors directly conduct research on the location or place under study in order to provide a complete and clear picture of the issues under study. The research was conducted in the home state storage of confiscated objects Pekanbaru city, while the population and the sample is a whole party relating to the issues examined in this study, the data collection techniques in this study with interviews, questionnaires and then by analyzing the literature study and a qualitative process data and generate descriptive data and then draw conclusions deductively.
From the research, there are some things that can be inferred such as the concluded the implementation of the objects confiscated criminal cases of smuggling of electronic goods in Rupbasan Pekanbaru city not running well because there is immediate execution by the prosecutor so that this case partly confiscated objects already defective and damaged, less intense coordination between Home State Storage of Confiscated Objects and prosecutor in the implementation of the seized objects, and minimal cost made the constraints in implementation. The effort made is, first, increase optimal performance in accordance with the procedures and technical guidelines liberation and barrage in Rupbasan Pekanbaru city, second,home stage storage of confiscated objects should aactively coordinate with the relevant prosecutor’s liberation and the barrage that should be followed up, third, provide a clear legal basis related liability and responsibility Rupbasan especially in the cost of funding for the liberation and barrage.
