This research aimed to now the effect the Internal Communication, Organizational Climate and the workload on work stress paramedics on Puskesmas Kecamatan Kubu Babusalam Kabupaten Rokan Hilir which are on the Pari Haji salim
The researtch is all paramedics working on Puskesmas Kecamatan Kubu Babusalam Kabupaten Rokan Hilir with 50 respondents were selected using census method that is taking the entire population. This data retrieval by giving questionnaires to respondents. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive and multiple regression analysis with SPSS 20 version of programme.
The results showed that the variables Internal Communication, Organizational Climate and Workload simultaneously significant effect on Job Stress. This is evident from the results of Test F count> F table. Furthermore, based on t test results partially be known that the results of the t test for variables Internal Communication significant effect on Job stress that t count> t table, the t test for variables Organizational Climate significant effect on Job stress t count> t table, and the t test for variables Expenses work also significantly influence the working stress t count> t table.
