Pengaruh Karakteristik Individu Dan Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik Terhadap Motivasi Kerja Karyawan Pada Pt. Charoen Pokphand Jaya Farm 3 Kampar

This research was conducted at PT. Charoen Pokphan Jaya Farm 3 Kampar. This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of individual characteristics and non-physical work environment partially on employee motivation and to identify and analyze the influence of individual characteristics and non-physical work environment simultaneously or together on employee motivation.
As for the population in this study were all employees numbered 137 employees and the sample were 58 respondents. To determine the respondents used the formula slovin. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and analysis tool used is multiple linear regression using SPSS (Statistics Programme For Social Science).
From the testing that has been done, the results of simultaneous test (F test) showed that F count (29,659) > F table (3,165). What this means is that the variable characteristics of the individual and non-physical work environment simultaneously or jointly significant effect on employee motivation. The result of partial test (t test) showed that the variables of individual characteristics significantly influence employee motivation, is evidenced by the t (5,397) > t table (2,004), and the result of partial test (t test) work environment non-physical showed that t (3,424) > t table (2,004). This means that non-physical work environment variables significantly influence employee motivation at PT. Charoen Pokphan Jaya Farm 3 Kampar
